Better Pets and Gardens values the privacy of all individuals by treating all personal information and contact details as confidential.

When you browse our website, your personal information is not collected.  However, when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter a competition we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  We handle all information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our website and what pages are being looked at.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
