Price Matching

Terms and Conditions of Price Matching:

• Not all Better Pets and Gardens stores will price match; it is up to the discretion of the individual store owner/manager.
• Proof of the competitor’s price must be obtainable either in the form of print advertising and/or by Better Pets and Gardens contacting the relevant competitor by telephone.
• The product being price matched must be identical, which includes size, brand, weight and part number.
• The product being price matched must be new and factory sealed and in-stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The product being price matched must be sold by an authorised retailer within the same city or town. We do not match prices from online stores, auctions, group buys, wholesale imports or stock liquidations.
• Competitor’s price must be current at the time of purchase.  We will not price match products where you must be a member to purchase at that price.
• In some cases there are prices which Better Pets and Gardens cannot match.  If this occurs, we will offer you the best price that we can.
